Coach Matthew Williamson brings his wealth of knowledge to the gym every Friday morning with a session that is designed to be a great “Friday finisher”. These workouts have been inspired by the variety of individual & team sport athletes that Willo works with daily. This is then followed by a 30min Q & A session where the girls can pick his brain about all things training, nutrition, supplements, injury & general health & fitness.
