One More Rep Women’s runs weekly strength, HIIT, circuit & mobility classes that women can partake in under close supervision by experienced coaches who are well educated and passionate about your results.

EPOC O’clock (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption)

Become stronger, leaner, be confident on how to lift weights, experience an increased metabolism & meet some like minded girls who are training for the same goal they them!

  • circuit weight-based program that will build lean muscle for & increase your metabolism for 24-48 hours post workout (meaning you will be burning more calories every single day)

H.I.I.T Class

High intensity efforts (90% plus!) to get your heart racing, calories burning & the sweat dripping!

This class is short, hard & fast, If you want to run fast, push a heavy sled, throw down a slam ball or jump as high as you can this class is for you!

Women’s Strength

Strength training is not just for men, women who undergo regular strength training have lean muscle mass, strong connective tissues, healthy bones & the empowered feeling of knowing that the little machines & tiny dumbbells are just not good enough for you anymore!

This class is aimed to build muscle, teach perfect form, increase max’s & empower the women of the gym!

“Willo’s” sessions

Coach Matthew Williamson brings his wealth of knowledge to the gym every Friday morning with a session that is designed to be a great “Friday finisher”. These workouts have been inspired by the variety of individual & team sport athletes that Willo works with daily. This is then followed by a 30min Q & A session where the girls can pick his brain about all things training, nutrition, supplements, injury & general health & fitness. Increase your knowledge & get a great workout on Friday mornings with Willo!
