Matt is a highly skilled and passionate coach, spreading his years of knowledge and experience to as wide of a client base as possible. Through experiencing the amount of research and evidence based practice that goes into working with elite level athletes Matt became passionate about offering the same amount of evidence based practice to general population clients in an effort to raise the standard of coaching in his local area. From these efforts Matt has successfully coached clients in improving their body composition, field based sport strength and conditioning, powerlifting, injury management/prevention and training to manage chronic conditions.| Matts qualifications include: Exercise Scientist Registered Strength & Conditioning Coach Personal Trainer
