Cardio Workout's

The coaches at the One More Rep Gym are consistently achieving the best results possible with athletes and everyday people wit their cardiovascular training methods. EPOC O'CLOCK

Our most popular class developed by Coaches Matthew Williamson & Hayley Stalgis feature a combination of compound lifting, plyometric, isometric and conditioning exercises that give clients an all round workout developing strength, lean mass, increased cardio fitness, a spiked metabolism & a big rush of endorphins! One More Rep Women’s runs weekly strength, HIIT, circuit & mobility classes that women can partake in under close supervision by experienced coaches who are well educated and passionate about your results.
